Jim Frogue, Center for Health Transformation’s VP and Director of State Policy, spoke at The Heritage Foundation on healthcare fraud. He noted that there are currently hundreds of billions of dollars lost each year because of healthcare fraud and it is not getting the attention that it needs. Jim went on to state that there is a better system to catch fraud within credit card companies than within the healthcare system and that’s a huge problem. 

Jim spoke about the recent CHT publication, "Stop Paying the Crooks," which examines healthcare fraud. He said that the book just scratches the surface on the issue and hopes that it will help make people more aware of the current system.
