A new CHT Press publication ‘Stop Paying the Crooks: Solutions to End the Fraud That Threatens Your Healthcare’ exposes egregious examples of fraud and provides workable solutions to end the fraud, waste and abuse currently robbing America’s $2.4 trillion healthcare industry.

Washington, DC – July 22, 2009 – Today, the Center for Health Transformation (CHT) announced the release of Stop Paying the Crooks: Solutions to End the Fraud That Threatens Your Healthcare edited by CHT’s James Frogue with a foreword by CHT Founder and former Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Newt Gingrich.

As the health reform debate has taken center stage this summer, and as President Obama has called for costly overhauls to the current healthcare system, Stop Paying the Crooks asks its reader to focus on the money being lost within the system to common criminals. In a $2.4 trillion healthcare industry, Gingrich and Frogue estimate that hundreds of billions of dollars are lost to shear theft each year.
