Numerof, Gingrich to Talk Health-Care Reform

Rita Numerof, president of Numerof & Associates Inc., a St. Louis-based health-care management consulting firm, will join former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, for a health-care reform summit Thursday.
The meeting will include updates from Gingrich and U.S. Rep. Mike Ross, D-Ark., on the status of the reform debate, as well as individual and panel presentations on overhauling Medicaid and payment reform.
Executives from Indianapolis-based WellPoint, parent of Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield in Missouri, and Alegent Health also plan to attend the Center for Health Transformation’s 5th Annual Medicaid Summit.
Numerof serves as an adviser to members of Congress on both sides of the aisle.
